Delivery

1. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product purchased in the store and are added at the final stage of placing the order. Before confirming the order, you receive information about the total amount that must be paid to complete the order.
2. Shipping cost is calculated in the checkout. It may be based on quantity and volume of the ordered goods, time of delivery as well as warehouse location.
3. Free shipping may be available. All available shipping options are presented in the checkout.
4. If two or more shipping options are available, Buyer needs to choose the preferred one.
5. In the case of card payments, the order processing time starts from the moment of obtaining a positive authorization.
6. Delivery time depends on many factors: chosen delivery service, courier company, public holidays, weekends, unforeseen circumstances etc.
7. Products from one order may be delivered in separate packages and the delivery times may vary.
8. Estimated delivery time is given in the checkout next to each available shipping option.
